Return & Refund Policy

At Kinetic Fitness LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to support your health and wellness journey. The following policy outlines our terms regarding returns and refunds for retail items, memberships, classes, and personal training.

1. RETAIL ITEMS (Apparel, Supplements, Accessories)

1.1 Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplements or nutrition products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Used personal items such as water bottles, mats, or hygiene-related products

1.3 Refund Method

  • Eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit.

  • Refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to process.

2. SERVICES (Memberships, Classes, Training)

2.1 Memberships

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.

  • Any unused future billing cycles due to approved cancellations will be refunded if paid in advance.

2.2 Group Fitness Classes

  • Class packages are non-refundable after purchase.

  • If a class is canceled by Kinetic Fitness LLC, you will receive a credit for a future class.

2.3 Personal Training

  • Training sessions and packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another individual upon request and approval.

  • Expired sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS (If Applicable)

  • All digital purchases (e.g., virtual class recordings, downloadable programs) are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

Refunds or returns may be granted at the discretion of management for the following exceptions:

  • Verified medical conditions that prevent participation

  • Clerical errors or double billing

  • Faulty or damaged merchandise upon receipt
