    Focused on precision, control, and breath, this 60-minute classical mat Pilates class follows the original sequence developed by Joseph Pilates. A continuous, full-body flow builds deep core strength, improves posture and balance, and enhances mobility and flexibility.

  • Driving Force

    60 MINUTES • HIIT

    Ignite your power and test your limits in Driving Force, a 60-minute HIIT workout that challenges strength, speed, and stamina. Explosive movements, targeted exercises, and quick recovery bursts keep your heart rate high while building total-body endurance. Expect an intense, motivating class that drives real results.

    60 MINUTES • FUNCTIONAL

    Move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence with Kinetic FreeFlow—a functional training class designed for all ages and fitness levels. This session blends bodyweight exercises and light free weight movements to improve mobility, balance, strength, and coordination while supporting everyday movement.

  • Full Body Strength

    60 MINS • STRENGTH

    Full Body Strength is a structured, circuit-style class focused on building strength safely and effectively. You’ll move through weighted exercises that target the entire body, completing multiple sets of each movement with an emphasis on proper form, control, and technique. This class is designed to help you learn how to lift correctly while improving strength, confidence, and overall fitness no matter your experience level.

  • FUSION

    60 MINS • BARRE/CARDIO/PILATES/YOGA

    Fusion integrates Pilates, barre, dance, and yoga-inspired sequences with light cardio and strength-based intervals, stretching, and breathwork. Set to music and grounded in somatic movement, Fusion offers a dynamic and expressive physical flow that helps you build strength and endurance, enhance stability and mobility, and release stress. You’ll be guided to notice what you’re holding in your body and move through it with intention and intuition. This supports nervous system regulation and cultivates mental, emotional, and physical resilience. Leave feeling stronger, grounded, balanced, and restored.

  • PILATES+

    Strength training meets Pilates in this 45-minute, full-body class. Move between mat-based Pilates and resistance work using props and weights to lengthen and strengthen while building muscle, improving stability, and supporting strong, aligned movement. Focused on control, form, and technique, this low-impact class is both energizing and restorative. Prior Pilates experience recommended but not required.

    Get your heart pumping with Pulse, a high-energy cardio workout built to push your limits and elevate endurance. Dynamic movements, fast-paced circuits, and minimal rest keep intensity high and muscles firing.     Activate your power from the ground up in Kinetic Sculpt—a dynamic lower body and core sculpting class designed to strengthen, tone, and stabilize. This 60-minute session focuses on glutes, legs, and core using a combination of resistance training, bodyweight movement, and controlled tempo to build muscular endurance and definition.

  • Time Zone

    60 MINUTES • TABATA

    Step into Time Zone, a fast-paced Tabata workout designed to boost endurance, burn calories, and build strength. Using 20-second bursts of intense effort followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight rounds, you’ll power through bodyweight and equipment exercises that challenge your entire body.

  • Upper Power

    60 MINUTES • UPPER BODY

    Build strength and tone muscle in Upper Power, a 60-minute class targeting arms, shoulders, chest, and back. Using free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, this strength-focused session boosts definition, posture, and functional power. Feel stronger, more confident, and capable with every workout.
