General Information

  • You do not need to schedule a tour, just stop in!

  • We offer a $15.00 day pass as well as drop in rates for classes.

Membership & Pricing

  • We offer a variety of memberships and services, all a la carte. Pay for what you use, skip what you don’t.

  • With the exception of our annual membership at $780, all of our memberships are month to month with no contract.

  • We have a $25.00 one time initiation fee and no cancellation fee.

  • Aside from our annual membership, you can freeze or pause any membership. This can be done in person or on the Mindbody App. No refunds will be administered once payment has been made, so make sure to pause before the next month’s billing date. Customers are billed on the same day they signed up month to month.

Facilities & Equipment

  • We have a large variety of equipment to suit every need including brands such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Concept 2 and Rogue.

  • We have fully equipped locker rooms with showers. Towels are available as a part of our month to month membership + towel service, or la carte for $9.00 a month.

  • Free guest wifi is available.

  • We do not offer child care.

Classes & Training

  • We offer a wide range of classes including HIIT, Tabatta, strength, functional movement, cardio and pilates.

  • Yes, reservations are recommended to save your spot. However, if spots are available in a class you are more than welcome to do a drop in.

  • We offer both hour and half hour options for personal training. Packages are available and no membership is required.

  • All of our products and services are a la carte, you only pay for what you use. Classes are not included with a membership, but no membership is required to attend.

Health & Safety

  • We clean and sanitize our spaces multiple times per day using sterilization protocols for all of our equipment, floors and bathrooms.

  • We do have an AED and first aid on site.

  • Yes! Whether you are a seasoned gym goer or a beginner, you are welcome at Kinetic.

POLICIES

  • Memberships are non refundable not including medical leave or moving out of the area. Please contact us to cancel your membership or do so on the MindBody app prior to your next billing cycle.

  • Members are allowed 1 guest pass per month.

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian fill out a release waiver and must be over 16 to workout without a parent or guardian. Exceptions are at the discretion of ownership and must be approved.

  • Content creation is allowed in our spaces, however you may not have anyone else in the shot without their permission. We reserve the right to resend a members ability to film content at Kinetic as stated in our Content Creation policy.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • We sell a variety of beverages, supplements and merchandise.

  • Members at Kinetic get discounts with Hudson Meal Co.

  • We will be doing events in the future as well as workshops.
