Cancellation policy

At Kinetic Fitness LLC, we value your commitment to health and wellness. We understand that plans may change and strive to offer flexible options while respecting the time of our trainers and other members. This policy outlines the procedures and terms for canceling memberships, classes, and personal training sessions.

1. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

1.1 Month-to-Month Memberships

  • You may cancel at any time as long kinetic fitness is notified before your next billing date.

  • Cancellations must be submitted via email to oliver@kineticfitnessny.com or in person at the front desk.

  • No refunds are given for partial months after a billing cycle has started.

1.2 Term Memberships (3, 6, or 12-Month Commitments)

  • Term contracts(3, 6, or 12 Month) are nonrefundable. .

  • Exceptions may be granted for:

    • Medical conditions (with physician documentation)

    • Relocation beyond 25 miles (proof of new address required)

    • Military deployment (with official orders)

2. GROUP FITNESS CLASS CANCELLATION

2.1 Booking & Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before class start time via our app, website, or front desk.

  • Cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows may result in:

    • Loss of class credit (if using class packs)

    • A $10 no-show/late cancel fee (for unlimited members)

2.2 Waitlists

  • If you're added to a class from the waitlist, normal cancellation policies apply.

3. PERSONAL TRAINING CANCELLATION

3.1 Cancellation Window

  • You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full, and the session will be forfeited.

3.2 Trainer Cancellations

  • If your trainer cancels, you'll be offered a make-up session or a full credit/refund for that session.

3.3 Expiration of Packages

  • Personal training sessions/packages typically expire 6 months from purchase. Unused sessions after that period are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. CLASS & SESSION CANCELLATIONS BY KINETIC FITNESS

  • In the rare case we need to cancel a class or session due to instructor availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

    • A full credit for the session, or

    • The option to reschedule at no cost

6. POLICY CHANGES

Kinetic Fitness LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email, signage, or updates on our website.
