Purchase Policy

Thank you for choosing Kinetic Fitness LLC to support your health and fitness goals. This Purchase Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the purchase of memberships, services, and retail products at our facility located in Chatham, New York.
1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following forms of payment:
Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
ACH bank transfers (for memberships, where applicable)
Mobile payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Gift cards issued by Kinetic Fitness LLC
All payments are processed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax will be applied where applicable.
2. MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES
2.1 Terms
All memberships must be purchased in advance and are billed either monthly or in full for term-based contracts.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Kinetic Fitness LLC to automatically charge your payment method on file at each renewal period.
2.2 Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, the member will be notified and given 3 business days to update their payment information.
A $15 late fee may apply for missed payments.
2.3 Price Changes
Kinetic Fitness LLC reserves the right to change membership pricing. Members will be notified 30 days in advance of any pricing adjustments.
3. CLASS PACKAGES & DROP-IN PASSES
3.1 Class Purchases
Group fitness class packages and drop-in passes must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Class credits are non-refundable and subject to expiration terms (typically 3–6 months).
3.2 Reservations
Class reservations are required and subject to our Cancellation Policy.
4. PERSONAL TRAINING & PRIVATE SESSIONS
Personal training sessions and packages must be paid in advance.
All training sessions are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual upon request and approval.
Training packages typically expire 6 months from the purchase date unless otherwise noted.
5. RETAIL PRODUCTS
All retail purchases (apparel, supplements, accessories) are final at the time of sale and governed by our Return Policy.
Sales tax is applied where applicable.
6. DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Any promotional offers or discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
Only one promotion or discount may be used per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. REFUND POLICY
Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and procedures.
8. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the matter with our staff may result in the suspension of services.
9. POLICY UPDATES
Kinetic Fitness LLC reserves the right to update this Purchase Policy at any time. The most current version will always be available at the front desk and on our website.
